Our client in the Housing and Construction sector are in the midst of a technology and business transformation and as part of that looking to adopt more agile and product aligned ways of working across the business.
While there are Product Owners already in the business, a new requirement has opened for a Product Owner in one of the directorates, collaborating with cross functional teams to help embed product ways of working, and to oversee a set of systems/applications/software supporting the businesses operations.
The successful applicant will posses the following;
Experience;
- Proven Product Ownership experience. May also consider Business Analyst/Process Analysts who have moved into Product Owner positions.
- Within the Housing and/or Construction Industry
- Ideally familiar with software and applications within the sector such as COINS, Pamwin, ViewPoint or FieldView.
- Ownership of a Product or Products, managing all phases of the Product development lifecycle from Roadmap, problem definition, solution finding, implementation and deployment.
- Own the continuous improvement of processes, operations and efficiency for the systems.
- Ability to gather and interpret requirements, prioritise features and make data driven decisions.
- Work with cross functional teams including suppliers and technology.
- Familiar with Agile ways of working, with focus on iterative development and delivering value.
