We are currently working with a well-established international organisation to find a Product Manager with deep Dynamics CRM knowledge. This role is crucial in driving the CRM application roadmap and aligning it with business objectives. The Product Manager will lead a team of functional and technical resources, working closely with the Product Owner to enhance our CRM systems. The role is offered on a remote basis, with very occasional need to travel to an office in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group MS Dynamics CRM Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to deliver the technical roadmap for MS Dynamics.
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new product launches.
- Oversee high-quality integration development.
- Manage supplier relationships for continuous improvement and security.
- Maintain comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
- Ensure platform compliance with data security standards.
- Implement processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage MS Dynamics CRM licensing and budgets.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and incident management for MS Dynamics CRM.
- Lead and mentor a team to drive performance and development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Deep experience of working with Dynamics CRM platform including configuration, customisation and administration
- Team Leadership experience
- Experience dealing with third-party service providers
- Dynamics 365 CRM Fundamentals
- Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core
