Are you a principal, staff or leading Go engineer interested in tackling large scale challenges in a successful medium-sized start up?
I'm partnered with a London based cyber security firm who have made waves in their thriving industry over the past 5 years.
Who do they want to hire?
Put simply, they are hiring for an experienced principal, staff or leading engineer who has a strong track record of developing software products. Previous startup experience would be great, but is not essential.
Importantly, this is not a managerial position.
The Tech Drop:
- Go / Golang as a primary language - you'll need to be able to build software to a very high standard.
- AWS or GCP experience will be perfect. Any knowledge of Terraform is helpful
- You may need to dabble in some front end from time to time - React / Vue / Angular / Typescript
If that sounds like you, please apply to the advert and I'll be in touch for an informal chat.
Why might you like to work at this company?
- They're profitable as a business in their own right with a high number of enterprise level clients as customers, as well as being well-funded through VC rounds.
- They operate with a hugely autonomous culture where they empower engineers to build software as they see fit
- The challenges they solve are greenfield, giving engineers an open book and ultimate freedom
- They're not in hyper-scale; they prefer to scale sustainably.
What will they offer you?
- Salary offering is between £120k-140k DOE
- Private Healthcare

- Hybrid working - 2+ days in their central London office
- Flexible working hours
