To meet these goals, they recognise the need for a true technology evolution and a fundamental change in how they operate.

- Contributing to the Total Connect roadmap, adopting the latest features and functionality to continuously improve the solution.
- Supporting the December 2025 go-live of Total Connect as we transition from the legacy Total Repairs system.
- Driving the integration of Total Connect with Microsoft D365 CE and F&O, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order/Contract Management functionalities that underpin Bromford’s critical asset management and operational processes.
- Implementing the roadmap in partnership with stakeholders and product owners, leading both continuous improvement and project-based initiatives.
- Evangelizing the benefits of Total Connect internally and externally, and acting as an in-house expert on its capabilities and potential.
- Supporting the solution and resolving issues as part of a cross-functional support and improvement team.
- Mentoring less experienced team members, including associates at the start of their career journeys.
- Contributing to a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining professional standards, including completing mandatory certifications and personal development plans.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience with Total Connect, with a deep understanding of its technical and functional capabilities.
- Proven experience in functional consulting, including multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
- Experience working at scale (e.g., supporting 3,500+ colleagues, 80,000+ properties, 200,000+ customers).
- Ability to influence leaders and stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in continuous change environments.
- Housing sector experience is desirable but not essential if the right functional expertise is demonstrated.
