Data Project Manager / Delivery Manager

Our client enable businesses to unlock the full potential of their data. As a key part of their team, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-impact data integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and deliver data transformation projects, ensuring they are supportable and create long-term client relationships.
✅ Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming their go-to expert.
✅ Bring clarity to complexity, ensuring all stakeholders understand risks, challenges, and solutions.
✅ Manage project budgets, timelines, and risks—proactively identifying mitigation strategies.
✅ Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure smooth delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in leading data transformation projects with multiple stakeholders.
🔹 A deep understanding of data integration complexities and project risk management.
🔹 Strong commercial acumen, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
🔹 The ability to focus on business outcomes, not just project outputs.
🔹 Experience in project management, managing client expectations, and stakeholder engagement.
🔹 Clear, strategic thinking in complex situations.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential):
🔸 Experience working with large organizations and managing stakeholders at all levels.
🔸 Knowledge of data integration platforms, BI projects, and modern data platforms.
🔸 Understanding of Data Protection Act compliance, particularly around Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
