Job Title: AI Solutions Architect

Location: London (hybrid, 2 days onsite per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: Up to £130,000 DOE, plus 15% bonus

We’re seeking a visionary Generative AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver cutting-edge Generative and Agentic AI solutions for global enterprise clients.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role blending deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic advisory. You’ll work across data science, engineering, and business teams to shape and implement transformative AI strategies, from concept through to scalable deployment.

What you’ll do:

● Lead design and architecture of LLM-powered and multi-agent AI systems

● Advise senior stakeholders and run AI strategy workshops

● Oversee end-to-end solution delivery across industries such as finance, insurance, and utilities

● Mentor teams in best practices for MLOps/LLMOps and responsible AI

● Contribute to innovation, creating reusable frameworks, prototypes, and thought leadership

What we’re looking for:

● Strong expertise in Python and leading AI/ML/NLP libraries (e.g. Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK)

● Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral) and GenAI/Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI)

● Proven track record designing scalable AI architectures (RAG, Graph RAG, multi-agent systems)

● Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

● Strong foundation in MLOps/LLMOps and Agile delivery

● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

● 10+ years’ experience in AI/ML, including senior solution architecture or consulting roles
