A leading UK brand is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead (Senior PM/PM) to help drive a high-profile portfolio of strategic change initiatives across its national operation as part of a Transformation in the business.
You’ll play a key role in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives – partnering with teams across operations, tech, food, marketing, and more – to shape and deliver business-critical transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at pace in a well-known, guest-focused brand undergoing ambitious growth.
About You:

Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level change in hospitality or retail.

Strategic and collaborative mindset, with the ability to translate vision into clear delivery plans.

Comfortable working hands-on in fast-paced waterfall environment and comfortable with ambiguity.

A natural relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders from front-line teams to Exec level.

Comfortable with both Tech and Non-Tech projects, and any experience in hospitality specific projects or guest experience is a plus.
