UX PRODUCT DESIGNER

Perm £55-70k Depending on experience.

We are excited to announce that we are working with an innovative Tech company within the energy space. They are in a critical point of growth and expanding the teams, and are looking to bring in an experienced UX Product Designer to join the Product team. 

The successful applicant will possess the following;

- 5+ years as a UX Designer. 

- Strong appreciation for Product and ideally worked on Software Platforms with organisations both internal facing and external facing users/customers.

- End-to-end experience across the UX and Product spectrum. Able to analyse and understand the as-is state and processes and design to to-be state of the Platform. Working with and an appreciation of data to understand and make decisions on the User Experience for the platform moving forward. 

- Typical activities including; Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, site maps, research, testing, user journeys for web and platform software, personas, prototypes, tools such as sketch, invision, and more. 

- Senior Stakeholder Management skills.
