We are working with an exciting and new high-technology business based in the South-East of the UK who are on a clear path of technology innovation.
To achieve these initiatives there is an open vacancy for a Technical Director. This role is a key part of the delivery for the goals of the business, so we are looking for experienced leaders in technology that have delivered and successfully impacted technology projects with creativity and clear visions.
To be a successful candidate you will require:
- Strong track record in leading the development of complex technology.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficient knowledge of safety critical technology and engineering
- Experience in IP portfolio development
- Experience in the commercialisation and spinout of technology.
- Skills to effectively manage a multidisciplinary teams within technology development such as Electronics, Electrical, Software and Science.
- Development and deployment of product and tech from technical, operational, regulatory and certification.
Nice to have:
- Experience in high-tech product industries such as; Defence, Aerospace and Renewable energy.
