Role: Systems Support Analyst
Duration: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months
Salary: £25,000-28,000 dependent on experience
Location: London – office and home working balance

We are working with a leading UK fashion brand who are searching for a Systems Support Analyst who has strong communication skills and an interest in retail applications.
Your role will encompass providing 1st line support, triaging issues and chasing resolutions. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders and 3rd party resource providers.
What would we like from you?
- Having provided 1st line support
- Experience using a ticketing system – preferably with internal customers/stakeholders
- Customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated and driven to find solutions to problems
- Good attention to detail
