Software/Platform Engineering Lead

We’re currently working with a rapidly growing Bristol start-up as they look to hire a Software/Platform Engineering Lead to help manage, grow and develop their talented team of engineers. They’re mission is to help businesses get real value from their data, as well as to give them greater visibility and management from it.
Because of some huge client wins, they’re looking for someone to join them as they go through this exciting period of growth. If you’re someone who wants to get in early with a fast-moving start-up and help them scale, this could be for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Looking after the development of the software development and infrastructure of the data platform
- Leading a team of talented engineers (currently 5 and growing)
- Helping develop the backend of their platform, as well as working closely with their cloud infrastructure (Azure)
- Supporting with client technical escalations
What we’re looking for
- Experience with MS Azure
- Working knowledge of C# or a similar OOP
- A confident communicator, both with internal and external stakeholders
- Someone who’s always looking to learn
