Social Media & Events Manager

 

Do you know your way around social media like the back of your hand?

Are you looking for a varied and exciting role where you can make a real impact?

 

We’re hiring for a creative Social Media & Events Manager to join Bristol’s fastest-growing Fintech scale-up. You’ll be a pivotal member of the marketing team and will be responsible for growing their brand – be that on social media or at industry events.

 

Your role would mainly include you…

  • Managing and growing the company’s social media presence
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team to create social media and event collateral
  • Planning and negotiating which events they attend/sponsor
  • Managing the life cycle of these events
  • Being the ‘go to’ social media expert, sharing your knowledge with the wider sales & marketing team

 

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Has previous experience in managing a business’s social media
  • Is a creative, forward-thinking, and bursting of ideas
  • Has experience in managing events (ideally trade shows)
  • Knows their way around the latest tools and tricks for social media
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
