We are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a fantastic client of ours in the Retail sector supporting over 2500 staff across head office, various locations and remotely.
This position requires someone on site 5 days per week in West London.
Paying competitive salary plus bonus and benefits and NO on-call/out of hours.
What they want from you…
- Experience supporting a high volume of end users, in a fast-paced environment.
- Can offer top-class customer service and communication skills over the phone, in writing and face-to-face.
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Comfortable using Active Directory.
- Have a history with creating and managing tickets, ideally with ServiceNow.
