Service Delivery Manager
We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager working with a household name retail client of ours, with the role sitting within Technology. They're looking for someone with a deep understanding and (ideally) experience of working within Digital/E-Commerce or Cloud platforms. You will be responsible for all stages of service within the lifecycle driving service excellence with a blend of ITIL and Agile.
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Ideally 5+ years in Service Delivery.
- Ideally 5+ years within an IT / Technology department.
- Experience supporting Digital/E-Commerce or Cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies/processes. Ideally certification.
- You will be comfortable with transitional activities, incident and problem management, ensuring teams adhere to operational processes and drive service excellence, service review, define SLA's, risk and change management,
- You will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
