Senior Data Scientist

Salary: Up to £75,000
My client are an industry leader within the Gaming market, comprised by ex Facebook and other leading companies. After going through significant funding and huge year and year growth, they are now in a fantastic position to grow out their exceptional Data Practice.
We are now looking for an experienced Data Scientist who is eager to build, define and push the boundaries of their analytics. You will be working closely with product & marketing teams to assure the most relevant data is tracked, analysed and made into actionable insights across all games.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to define data products that will deliver actionable insight into our games (user acquisition, engagement and monetization
- Develop models, reporting, and dashboards using a variety of tools ideally Looker
- Design, develop, and deliver predictive models to answer critical business and game questions
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines; Advanced degree is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in a Data Scientist or similar role performing quantitative, statistical analysis
- 3+ years’ experience using statistical software such as Python or R to manage and/or analyse data

- Experience within the mobile gaming industry
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as Decision Forests, Data Mining, Clustering, and Classification
