Senior Business Analyst – Hospitality/Retail

A leading UK brand is seeking an experienced strategic Senior Business Analyst to shape and deliver a high-profile portfolio of strategic change initiatives across its national operation.

In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams - spanning operations, technology, marketing, and more - to gather requirements, define processes, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-known, customer-focused brand undergoing ambitious growth and transformation.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex, enterprise-level change projects (hospitality, retail, or similar sectors preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to pivot and adapt as priorities shift

• A confident communicator and facilitator, skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels (front-line teams to Exec)

• Experience in service design, guest experience, or operational improvement projects is a plus
