Second line Support - London - £40,000

I am working with a client of ours that is on the look out for a second line support engineer that to join a small team of 3.

You will have exposure to all tech related issues in the office, while receiving great training to move towards a Sys Admin role.

The job role:

• Set up accounts for new starters
• Install and upgrade computer components and software.
• In charge for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers.
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support
• Maintain Cloud platforms would be a plus
• Evaluate and modify system performance

Ideally you would have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3 years system and network administration experience
• Experience with scripting and automation tools are a plus
