Lead Delivery/Project Manager
Remote Working - HQ in Essex, you may be required for the occasional on site trip
We know the term “digital Transformation” is often overused and over promised – but with this client we have an exception. Following an extended successful period in trading our client is looking to reinvest in their IT Systems and capability as well as ways of working. They need to hire a Delivery Manager / Agile Project Manager to work on Colleague Facing Enterprise software including : Workforce Management, Supply Chain, Home Delivery, Forecasting and Replenishment, Data.
The role is remote first with very occasional travel required to office on the east side of London.
Required Experience:
- Relationships – keen emotional intelligence and strong understanding of how people make a business. Able to build positive rapport at pace and leverage this to drive work forward.
- Delivery management – strong experience in modern methods, frameworks, standards and principles to progress business analysis workloads delivery management workloads (e.g. planning, resource forecasting, financial management, RAID, stakeholder planning and engagement, etc).
- Partners – has worked with 3rd parties to implement change (custom / bespoke and SaaS / configuration).
- Working on Colleague-facing Products: strong experience of owning a range of projects or programmes of technology change that is colleague-facing, back-office focused, core platforms, mixed channel, leveraging platform, process, people, policy and data expertise. Experience in finance systems, ERP, CRM, BI / MI / reporting and analytics, data, Lean, F&R, WFM.
