Agile Project Manager Opportunity
Location: Gloucestershire (2 days per week onsite)
Salary: £60,000
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead, motivate, and oversee cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality projects while ensuring value for money.
We are working with a socially driven organisation who are undergoing a major technology transformation. They are expanding their tech team, adopting cutting-edge technologies, and shifting to a product-focused, agile approach.
What will you be doing?
- Manage full project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead change initiatives in both tech and business environments.
- Tailor project management techniques to fit each project’s needs.
- Promote collaboration within internal and external teams for fast, impactful results.
- Coach teams in Scrum practices
- Work with Product Owners and developers to prioritize User Stories.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and handovers.
- Produce reports and documentation aligned with the project methodology.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience managing projects in fast-paced, complex environments.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with third-party providers.
- Ideally a Project Management certification (APM, Prince 2 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
