Our client is currently looking for an experienced Programme Manager for a Greenfield Simplification Programme across the business.

This is a contract position outside IR35 and paying excellent day rates for the right person. It will likely be 12 months or more in duration.

The successful candidate will need to possess the following;

  • Proven Programme Management experience (ideally 5 years+ at this level).
  • Proven Cross Functional experience (IT, Business, Operations, Finance, Sales, Property, Marketing and more).
  • Proven Senior stakeholder management including Heads of, Directors, C-suite and possibly even Board level.
  • Broad experience across IT and Business projects, programmes and portfolios.
  • End to End experience from initial discovery, to business case approval through to Implementation and Business Change.
  • The most relevant experience would be if you have worked on/owned a large scale Simplification Programme, crossing multiple functions, disciplines, IT, Business and Process change.
  • You must possess excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, leadership, Gravitas and ability to win hearts and minds.
  • Beneficial to have worked in Retail, Hospitality, Leisure and Tourism, Travel and similar sectors.

The position will be predominantly remote with perhaps fortnightly travel.
