MS Dynamics 365 Lead Developer (F&O)
Location: Remote-first with occasional travel
Salary: Up to £85,000

We are seeking a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer (F&O) to lead the development and maintenance of Dynamics-based Power Platform solutions. This is a unique opportunity to drive design, implementation, and technical standards, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality in our solutions.

You'll be joining a mission-driven organisation undergoing a significant tech transformation, leveraging cutting-edge tools, and transitioning to an agile, product-focused methodology.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead agile teams, review development standards, and oversee quality assurance processes.
  • Implement tools and processes that improve efficiency and system robustness.
  • Design and review application architecture and integration strategies.
  • Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, developing proof-of-concept projects.
  • Build and customize solutions within Dynamics 365, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Ensure strong and transparent continuous integration and deployment mechanisms.

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in X++, SSRS and SQL. 
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 SDK, plugin development, and workflows.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience in both Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
