Lead Delivery Manager / Programme Manager - Retail Sector 

London HQ - But largely remote working (perhaps once a month in the office)

We are currently looking for a Lead Delivery Manager for our Retail client working in a modern day, cutting edge IT department, working in Agile ways of working, and product aligned teams.  

The successful applicant will possess the following;

- Track record in Senior/Lead Delivery or Programme Management positions. 

- Background in the Retail Sector or similar preferable. 

- Nice to have experience of Buying & Merchandising or Supply Chain and Logistics systems/tech environments. 

- Strong and proven background in Agile, Scrum and Product environments, working across multiple agile product teams, supporting delivery and roadmaps working alongside Product Managers.

- Proven track record in leading programmes from a delivery perspective. 

- Exemplary stakeholder management skills. 

- Ability to work in the detail within individual product team, but also at a higher, more externally facing level across teams, and with an eye on the bigger picture and delivery expectations.
