An established tech-centric market research company are looking to add a software engineer with a couple of years’ experience to their team, following huge demand for their core product over the last couple of years.  

The product offering ingests huge amounts of data, with a view to provide clients with an accurate prediction on future success of creative campaigns, all before they hit the launch button.   

They’re an independently owned boutique company with 5 years in business – extraordinarily, they’re lucky enough to call some of the worlds most prestigious technology companies established partners & clients.

Here’s what they need from you:

  • Either existing Go / Golang experience, or an appetite to learn.
  • In the absence of Go, they’d love to speak with those who have used either Java, PHP or Python.
  • Some frontend experience would be great – they use Angular 1 & 2, but any experience in JS frameworks should work (React or Vue are great)
  • Some Typescript & JS experience would also be good.  
  • They deploy on GCP – cloud experience is desired but not essential. Any Kubernetes / K8s would be a huge plus!
  • Other tooling they use includes Protobuf, Redis & R - they're a Linux heavy environment 

You’ve probably gathered from the above that this company are fairly flexible when it comes to your own tech backgrounds. Ultimately, they want to hire someone who is eager to learn following a couple of years in a similar engineering.
