IT Support Specialist (Onsite role)

Role: IT Support Specialist (1st/2nd line)

Location: South West London (5 days a week onsite)

Salary: £30-35k dependent on experience 

 

We are working with a successful retail business who are looking for an IT Support professional to join them to provide a range of 1st and 2nd line support to their end users.

You'll be responsible for hardware and software support requests for a predominately Microsoft based environment (Office 365, Windows, Active Directory). You'll need to know your way around laptops, desktop PCs, printers and more. 

Ideally you will have:

  • 2-3 years experience in a 1st/2nd line support role and familiarity working in a service desk environment 
  • Ability to communicate with a range of users 
  • Experience with MS Office, especially Active Directory, Group Policy, User creation etc. 
  • A positive attitude and problem solving mindset
  • Azure AD experience would be very beneficial
