Infrastructure Manager

Hybrid working - London

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Manager to join a forward thinking and ambitious football club, to help manage & drive forward all infrastructure projects. This role will assume responsibility for the planning, development, and management of the Technology Infrastructure & Networks across the club seeing projects through from conception to completion.

 

Some of the exciting projects that they are looking to undertake are:

 

  • Conducting a large On Prem to Cloud migration.
  • Planning of voice and data services across the clients technology estate.
  • Design of networks to full proof the clients continued growth.
  • Enhancements to security and anti-virus/spam

 

The successful applicant will have experience in the below;

  • 3+ years as an Infrastructure Manager / IT management.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud/Apps/Software across a diverse supply base.
  • Working knowledge of Security frameworks, Sophos firewalls in HA pairs at remote sites, VPN, and web-based filtering.
  • Working knowledge of network management, ideally with HP/Aruba technologies, in particular advanced HP routing and switching.
  • Experience leading / managing a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder/3rd party/MSP management
