Executive/VIP IT Support Engineer
Permanent - On-site work (main office in West London + potential home visits) - 35k to 45k base salary

I am working with a goliath on the UK retail scene with plans to expand out into global markets, thanks to its immensely successful technology transformations and savvy business strategy (who doesn't buy online anymore?). This huge business is in need of top quality IT support provided to its VIPs going from Executives to the Owners. They will need you to provide a real white glove service as you will be the sole person in this role, giving you so many more opportunities to build great working relationships and provide the best service to these increasingly busy Executives!
What we're looking for in you:
- VIP Support
- Supporting Windows and Mac systems
- MDM support (MobileIron, soon to be Intune and JAMF)
- Office 365 and Active Directory (and Azure AD)
- Great communication skills
- Drivers' license with a car

As listed above, this role will require you to be ready to drive out to a solve an IT issue when needed, which will sometimes include out of hours work (paid time and a half!), so you will need to have a drivers' license, a car and a willingness to be ready to take any challenge head on when one arises. The head office and primary work point is based in West London (Wembley/Ealing area) and the vast majority of field work won't be too far out for this, staying within the West London region.
