EUC Manager / Service Desk Manager

Permanent - £45,000-£65,000 (depending on experience)
Are you looking to join a well established UK business with over 3000 staff and a cutting edge IT function of over 250 people?
We are currently looking for an EUC (Service Desk/IT Support) Manager to come and take the reins of an established 12-person, 1st/2nd line IT support team.
A successful candidate will possess skills and experience including:
- Having managed established EUC/Service Desk teams, growing and developing analysts and engineers.
- A background in IT Support, supporting users on Windows and Mac operating systems and Mobile Device Management.
- Experience working with Windows 10, Mac OSX, Active Directory, Office 365, ServiceNow, InTune, JAMF and MobileIron.
- Must have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Highly beneficial to have experience working in modern day agile methodologies and working environments.
