Data Science Manager

Location: London

Salary: £80,000-£100,000 DOE

Start Date: ASAP

I am working with a leading Gambling & Casino company who have an urgent requirement for a Data Science Manager on a permanent basis. This will be managing a team of 4 Midweight & Senior Data Scientists whilst leading projects and remaining hands on.

We are looking for someone who has CRM advanced analytics experience in particular, their analytic models are used in CRM targeting to personalise communication, offers and content for users.

Key responsibilities:

• Proposing solutions & strategies to the business
• Build Machine Learning models and advanced analytical solutions
• Collaborate with varies teams across product, marketing and platform 

What you will need:

• Advanced skills in SQL & Python
• Deep understanding of Excel & Tableau
• Proven experience in CRM modelling including, churn & propensities 
• Familiar with A/B testing 
• Strong experience in the end to end deployment of ML
