Role: Developer – Dynamics F&O

Location: 2 days per week in either: London, Tewkesbury, Chipping Sodbury or Wolverhampton 

Job Purpose

We are looking for a skilled and passionate software developer to join Bromford's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) software engineering team. In this role, you’ll work on the development and maintenance of F&O solutions to support core business areas, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Responsibilities

Design

• Review, query, understand and then deliver based on designs from Lead and Senior Developers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.

Development

• Develop Dynamics F&O applications using C#, X++, Power Apps, and integrations.
• Perform and document unit testing to maintain high standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Application Lifecycle Management

• Follow continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• X++
• Logic Apps
• Microsoft SQL Server

Desirable Skills (Bonus):

• C#
• Canvas Apps
• JavaScript (including Typescript)
• Experience with Azure DevOps for task management.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methods.
• Power Pages
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI, or Copilot.
• API and webservices
• Awareness of both F&O and CE in terms of integrations
