Responsibilities
- Analysing Saas software features using analytic tools such as UserPilot or Google Analytics
- Working to improve feature adoption of the software with customers
- Supporting with any new features/new product releases
- High visibility among customers and users of the software
Essential Requirements
- Good communicator
- Have an interest in UE (User Experience) in software
- Great written skills
- Good at analysing and interpreting data
- IT literate
- Willingness to learn
