We’re looking for an individual to join a leading and growing UK Tech company's customer support team to work on helping their customers get the most out of their SaaS product to ensure it delivers the greatest value for their customers and retains them as loyal advocates.

This is an excellent opportunity to start early with a tech start-up in an exciting role that will have a direct impact on customers and users.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing Saas software features using analytic tools such as UserPilot or Google Analytics
  • Working to improve feature adoption of the software with customers
  • Supporting with any new features/new product releases
  • High visibility among customers and users of the software

Essential Requirements

  • Good communicator
  • Have an interest in UE (User Experience) in software
  • Great written skills
  • Good at analysing and interpreting data
  • IT literate
  • Willingness to learn
