Our client are looking for a people-focused CRM Manager to join their Marketing and Growth team. You’ll be responsible for optimising and embedding the CRM into the business’ day to day functions.

The successful applicant will have;

• Worked in CRM for 5+ years.
• Ideally worked with MS Dynamics CRM.
• Comfortable with developing and implementing CRM strategy and best practice.
• Oversee CRM performance and functionality, analyse customer data and insights to identify areas of growth, optimise and automate processes, monitor initiatives and provide recommendations for enhancement.
• Provide training and support to users including resolving issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of the CRM objectives and expectations.
