Client Delivery Manager – 3 Month Contract (Outside IR35)

We’re looking for a Client Delivery Manager to join a Bristol scale-up to help them roll out new client implementations for their SaaS product. You’ll be key in ensuring client deployments are delivered on time and supporting stakeholders throughout the process.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting clients throughout product implementation
• Working closely with internal teams to plan delivery and manage timelines
• Managing the SLAs in place for client delivery
• Dealing with managing and reporting any risks or issues

What we’re looking for

• Experience delivering tech/SaaS implementations
• Ability to manage and influence stakeholders
• Clear communication, both written & verbal
• Strong project/delivery management skills
