Change Manager

Retail Sector 

Perm - £50,000 - £65,000 plus bonus and bens. 

Location - Largely Remote, with a handful of days per month in the London HQ.

We are currently looking for an experienced Change Manager for our Retail client. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Business Change Team, supporting numerous activities, projects, programmes and portfolios across Technology and the Business where required. 

The successful applicant will possess the following;

- Proven track record as a Change Manager, working alongside Change, Communications and Training professionals.

- Supported a variety of Technology/IT projects, programmes and Portfolios; Process and Ways of Working; Behavioural and Cultural shifts. 

- Change Experience including Impact Analysis, Business Readiness, and Adoption. 

- You will be personable and possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Retail sector experience highly beneficial but not essential.
