Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst
Location – London (Hybrid)
Salary – Up to £40,000 annual basic (plus bonus and bens)
Are you a Business Analyst with experience supporting business systems change and development in growing businesses?

To be successful in this role you could come from a variety of backgrounds as long as you have an acute understanding of dealing with business, enacting change in a process driven manner and supporting this change with technical knowledge. Some of the responsibilities of this role include;
- Gather, document and communicate the requirements for new business systems
- Work closely with in-house or external development resource to deliver systems to meet the business requirements
- Familiar with Waterfall and Agile ways of working
- Test new system developments and bug fixes
- Provide post implementation support for the business applications
- Work closely with the business to understand the business processes and how systems can improve those processes
- Ability to communicate systems requirements to the developers
