Role: Business Analyst

Duration: Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

Salary: £55,000-75,000 dependent on experience

Location: London – office and home working balance

We are working with a leading UK fashion brand who are searching for a creative and hard-working Business Analyst to support them in their growing delivery function.

Your role will encompass eliciting and documenting business requirements and As Is and To Be processes across a range of projects, gap analysis, definition of acceptance criteria, and facilitation of UAT.

Priority projects include a Merchandise System replacement project and an international ecommerce website project with a key focus on business process improvement and changes.

What would we like from you?

• Demonstrable Business Analysis experience, ideally with a focus on change and continuous improvement
• Retail background is preferred 
• An enthusiastic and motivated personality with attention to detail
• Pragmatism and proactiveness with a solution focused drive
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical colleagues
• Strong knowledge and experience of process design and documentation
